Militza is President of the Emberá and Wounaan Youth Organization of Panama (OJEWP), created on April 21, 2001. OJEWP is made up of young professionals from the Emberá and Wounaan nations.

The activities we carry out are to promote development initiatives in the indigenous communities and rural areas of Panama, with the objective of contributing to a better quality of life for indigenous peoples.
